the venue itself is designed to throw people off. a few setup ideas currently in play include making the room as cold as possible, dropping random sound effects like mj's heehe out of nowhere, and running a redlight greenlight challenge with severe consequences if anyone moves. the main goal is simply to mess with the participants as much as possible while they build.
